All processing happens directly in your browser using JavaScript. No data is sent to any server. No account needed. Close the tab and everything is gone. BunkWise has no backend — it is a 100% client-side tool built with privacy as a first principle.
For attendance, BunkWise parses the copied or uploaded data from your college ERP portal. For SGPA, it uses PDF.js to read your result PDF locally and extract the marks, grades, and credit information needed for computation.
Your attendance data, result PDFs, and academic information never leave your device. There are no servers, no databases, no analytics on your data. BunkWise does not know who you are, what your attendance is, or what your results say. Everything is processed locally and discarded when you close the tab.
