If you are reporting a wrong SGPA calculation or a missing subject credit, please include your branch, semester, and the subject name exactly as it appears in your result. This helps fix the credit database for everyone.
If you are reporting a bug, include which browser and device you were using, and what you were doing when the error appeared.
